Many of us think we already know how to love. We think it’s the rest of the world that needs to learn a thing or two about walking in love. But if we really knew anything at all about how to operate in the power of God’s love, we wouldn’t have the problems we have. If we really knew how to tap into the love of God, we wouldn’t say the things we do; we wouldn’t get upset when someone is a little rude; we wouldn’t worry about people taking advantage of us. If we really knew how to love, our lives would be much different. Love will change us. Love will turn our lives around completely—and the lives of the people around us. It’s amazing what can happen if we learn how to love with a God-kind of love.
