PURPOSE

Heritage Production exists to provide top-level, 5-Star service to our church community through a partnership will all ministries both locally and globally; to prepare, operate, maintain, support and seamlessly integrate the technologies of audio, lighting, video and graphical presentations, that equip and enhance the outreach and commission of Heritage Christian Center.

Heritage Production is a community of various members of diverse backgrounds. Whether you’re young or older, experienced or just passionate, introverted or extroverted, we all have a place on this team.

We work together, serving often in different capacities simultaneously, to set the stage of opportunity so God’s Spirit can interact without distraction or hindrance, so that one more might cross the line of faith and grow in their dependence upon the Lord.

Heritage Production prepares, operates and supports the audio, lighting, video and graphical presentational needs of all ministries and outreaches of Heritage Christian Center.

ABOUT THE VIDEO TEAM

Heritage Production’s Video team is second to none when you consider the level of saturation and impact the Video team provides at Heritage. Whether it’s a weekend service, mid-week bible study, small gathering, workshop, or large-scale conference, chances are there will be some level of visual aid or capturing to support the productions for ministry events at Heritage.

We place volunteers who have no prior experiences into events with other team members who have become seasoned pro’s in their craft over the years together so that new volunteers can learn to operate equipment and learn, both by observation and by doing.

To be straight forward and to the point with you from the beginning, if your aim is to start out operating the main video console on the weekends for the Worship Center or even a large scale ministry event, such as a concert that consists of a full multi-cam shoot and multiple cues, chances are you will likely be disappointed.

Even if you have years of video experience, the dynamics of Heritage Production’s Video team are unique to Heritage and there is still a level of integration, margin, consistency and trust building that must first take place before stepping into some of these higher skilled roles and large-scale ministry events.

With that said, we love hanging with our volunteers and often times we have volunteers who signup to sit in with some of our staff or seasoned pro volunteers at some of our large scale services and ministry events to observe and experience the dynamics of video production. This is always a welcomed opportunity we extend to all our volunteers so that they can see things first hand and observe how some of the “pro’s” do it. (we’re not trying to prop ourselves up we promise).
